Overview
Phil Livingston (1976–; Navajo) has been active since the mid-1990s or later, working in channel and mosaic inlay, pictorial designs, and silver sculptures as well as jewelry. He is part of the Livingston family silversmithing lineage — one of the more extensively documented multi-member Navajo silversmithing families in Hougart, which includes Paul Livingston, Rob Livingston, Jason Livingston, Jake Livingston (born Jacob Haloo Jr.), and others.
Phil Livingston's marks are: **PHIL L** (and a feather symbol); **PLC>** (sometimes with the text "T NATIVES"); and **Phil Livingston** (etched script).
