Lowell Draper appears in Hougart's entry for White Hogan Silver (Flagstaff, AZ), a landmark shop that opened May 1946 as a joint venture and relocated to Scottsdale. He is listed as one of the silversmiths who worked at White Hogan alongside Allen Kee, Kenneth Begay, George Kee, Ivan Kee, Anthony Kee, John G. Begay, Johnnie Mike Begay, Mike Carroll, Edison Cummings, Nicholas Gambino, Johnny King, Manuel Lewis, Sam Roanhorse, Johnson Todacheeny, and Leroy Thomas. White Hogan Silver closed in 2006.
No individual entry for Lowell Draper exists in Hougart beyond this workshop listing. No other reference book contains his name.
