Overview

Cody Hendren (1991–2020) was a Kewa/Navajo silversmith and rodeo bull-rider whose short life touched both arenas. He practiced stamp work and is documented in the Hougart corpus as the son of Shane R. Hendren (Irish/Navajo/Choctaw/Comanche) and Charlyn Reano — two accomplished silversmiths in their own right. His mark is stamped "CODY". Cody passed away in 2020 at age 29.
