Schaaf (2003, p. 231) recorded Benson Manygoats as Navajo, born at Tohatchi, New Mexico, working in contemporary inlay and silver jewelry, taught in jewelry classes at Tohatchi High School, and a smith for Ray Tracey for 14 years. [1]
Schaaf (2003, p. 231) recorded feather blossom squash sets and slider pendants among his forms, the 2002 Woody Nezzer Memorial Award for fabricated matched sets at the Inter-tribal Indian Ceremonial in Gallup, and his work at Ellis Tanner Trading Co. [1]
