Flimsy

I received this last week and read the reviews after the fact. I wish I would’ve read them first, I would not have purchased it. It is flimsy and super delicate. I emailed them before leaving a review to see if I could exchange it for something different. I’ve emailed them twice and they have not replied so I hate leaving a poor review, but now I’m stuck with it. I would recommend buying something of heavier, material, and better quality. I have purchased from them in the past and have liked the product, this, however, was disappointing.
