Ramona Poleyma — Hopi Silversmith Hallmark
Ramona Poleyma was a sister of Charles Loloma and an aunt of Verma and Sherian. Margaret Nickelson Wright's Hopi Silver, a register of Hopi smiths and their hallmarks, records her as a member of the Badger clan from Hotevilla who worked in silver from around 1977 to 1978 (Wright 2003, p. 93).
Her hallmark
Her hallmark is her name. Wright prints it without a separate label; the printed drawing shows RAMONA in thin hand-lettered capitals on a single line (Wright 2003, p. 93).
