The mark
Per Hougart 5e: Floyd Arviso's mark is FA — the standard double-initial stamp using his first and last initial. This is the same initials combination used by Fred Ashfft and Francis Aspaas in the Hougart index, making attribution of unmarked pieces to Floyd Arviso specifically dependent on the stamp's style and provenance rather than initials alone.

I notice this page says Floyd Arviso is not found in Schaaf (2003). He has no biography there, but Schaaf's hallmark index does list him under FA, beside two other makers who used the same initials. I have left the earlier note in place and added the index listing.
