Gregory Schaaf's American Indian Jewelry I lists him as Zuni, born 1956, working in mosaic and channel inlay: bracelets, earrings, necklaces, pendants, pins and rings in silver, coral, turquoise, jet and mother-of-pearl. Schaaf records that he sometimes collaborates with his wife, Yvonne Charlie (Schaaf 2003, p. 110).
His hallmark
Bille Hougart's Native American and Southwestern Silver Hallmarks records that he shares the mark with his wife, and gives it as Y. C., in etched script (Hougart 2022, p. 82).
