According to Bahti (2007, p. 46), all three sons of Dennis and Nancy Edaakie, Dale (formerly known as Myron), Derrick and Sanford, worked silver in the general style of their parents. [1]
Bahti (2007, p. 47) reported that Dale, born in 1957, began making jewelry when he was twenty-one. [1]
Explaining that he usually left the birds to his brothers and parents, Dale Edaakie told Bahti (2007):
“I'm more of a wildlife artist.”

According to Bahti (2007, p. 47), at a Santa Fe dealer's request he also made a series of jack-o-lantern pin pendants set with orange spondylus shell, varying each design. [1]
