Theda Bassman's The Beauty of Hopi Jewelry shows her Red Mountain turquoise and spiny oyster shell necklaces from 1991 (Bassman 1993, p. 25). Bille Hougart's Native American and Southwestern Silver Hallmarks lists her as "Cheryl Yestewa (1958-; Hopi)" and describes her work as "Contemporary. Beads; necklaces; silver, gold" (Hougart 2022, p. 350).
