Bernard Dallasvuyama — Hopi Silversmith Hallmark
Bernard Dallasvuyama started in silverwork with his uncle, Charles Loloma, then worked on his own. Margaret Nickelson Wright's Hopi Silver, a register of Hopi smiths and their hallmarks, records him as a member of the Badger clan, of Hotevilla and Albuquerque, who began silverwork in 1967 and was still working when her list was compiled (Wright 2003, p. 83).
His hallmark
Wright prints his mark without a label. The printed drawing shows two capital letter Ds overlapping, the second set below and to the right of the first (Wright 2003, p. 83).
