Anson and Deborah Leekela — Zuni Silversmiths
Anson and Deborah Leekela are a Zuni couple who make inlay jewelry together, sharing one stamp. Bille Hougart's Native American and Southwestern Silver Hallmarks lists Anson Leekela as Zuni, born 1961, and Deborah Leekela as Zuni, born 1960, both active since the 1970s in channel and mosaic inlay (Hougart 2022, p. 182).
Theda and Michael Bassman's Zuni Jewelry pictures a link bracelet of pink shell inlay by Deborah and Anson Leekela among link bracelets made in 1991 (Bassman and Bassman 2006, p. 20).
