Not worth the price

Very disappointed with the quality of the stone & silver. I tried to get them to see if they could see if there were any stones a bit darker when they picked out my earrings to send.The customer service was unwilling to even try.
When the earrings arrived I was disappointed with the over all quality especially as I was hoping to purchase a large number of them for a women veterans even.
Luckily I was able to work with another artist who will be able to recreate 72 pairs for our event next August.

Disappointed in customer service

I have sent photos twice. The posts were bent and one of the earrings had separated in shipment. I received a prompt initial response but nothing since i sent the photos. Its been a week and i expected more....
