Mixed Review Sadly

My sister bought me these earrings and I fell in love with them immediately. I wore them all the time. Unfortunately, this past week I came home and realized I was only wearing one earring. I actually spent over two hours retracing my steps in the middle of the night, using my phone as a flashlight, trying to find my missing earring. No luck. Fortunately I noticed the designer's branding on the back of my remaining earring and quickly found the designer's website. And you should have seen the smile on my face when I saw that my favorite earrings were in stock. I quickly ordered them and received them in less than a week.

So why the low score? When I opened my box and looked at my new earrings one had an imperfection and the other was slightly dented. :-(

So now I am sending an email to the company, since they do not have a contact phone number, about replacing the damaged pair. I have my fingers crossed that I will be able to get a replacement soon so that I can wear my favorite earring again and I can write a review that will have a five star rating.
