Our Turquoise Pearls are an homage to the sterling silver Navajo beads found throughout classic Southwestern jewelry with a pop of color. Whereas the traditional Navajo beads are handmade by Navajo artists, the silver pearls in our Desert Blossom collection are handcrafted and strung by our local Navajo and Non-Navajo jewelers in house.

Love the necklace but...

Necklace looks great, nice and heavy and seemingly well made. Just what I was looking for! TSkies could certainly improve their operations, though, which is the reason for only 3 stars. I received the wrong item on June 23 and immediately notified them. First response was that I'd have to pay for return shipping. After clarifying the wrong item was sent, I had to treat the return as if it was "defective" and send in a picture showing the wrong length necklace with the correct length and description on the invoice. This did prompt TSkies to send a return label. I returned it the next day and did not receive the correct item, as ordered, until July 10. Apparently, TSkies has no urgency to make it right. They did, eventually, yes. But you'd think a mistake on their end would prompt faster shipping and turnaround to make it right.
