we’re moving!
All of us have been attempting to find projects to work on during this time of staying home to stay safe. Turquoise Skies’ new project is one we can’t wait to share with all of you: our staff is hard at work getting everything ready to open our brand new building!
That’s right, Tskies is on the move. Our company is growing once again. To accommodate that growth, we will be moving into a place that gives us the room to expand. Our new home offers lots of room for our artists and all the equipment they need. It also gives us the opportunity to increase our gallery space, with more room to showcase the amazing pieces being created by our artists. And there will be more room for our artists to continue using their skills and talents to create beautiful, handcrafted jewelry to offer you, our valued customers.
It’s long been the dream of Tskies’ founder, Mathew Shepardson, to be able to mentor artists in the creation of fine jewelry and help them develop their own businesses through the use of cooperative marketing. His dedication to that dream is finding its reality in this space. Our artist Co-Op will be able to expand with this new building.
Tskies will be able to continue offering internships and well-equipped workspaces for artists in our new home. These internships are key to our mission of preserving Native American jewelry making and continuing the tradition with younger artists. We hope to be sharing more with you soon about our new home. Watch our blog for news about the grand opening of our building. And, hopefully soon, we will be welcoming you into our expanded gallery. Until that time we hope you will continue to use our online site at tskies.com to purchase our fine jewelry.
