Although extremely rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewelry. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies he or she may have to metals (gold, silver, etc.) or the oxidation applied to metals (liver of sulfur) prior to making a purchase. Because there is no way for us to know the medical history of our customers, Turquoise Skies Inc will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewelry.
Jewelry sold by Turquoise Skies Inc may contain small component parts such as charms, which may present a choking hazard if ingested. As a result, jewelry from Turquoise Skies Inc should always be kept out of the reach of young children or other individuals likely to ingest the jewelry or its component parts. Jewelry should never be worn in the shower, pool or bed, and it should never be placed in the mouth due to risk of choking. Please keep your little ones safe!
Cash or Personal Cheque with Bankers Card, all major Credit/Debit Cards, Bankers Draft or BACS Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. All payments must be received within 14 days after item is purchased. If the payment is not received within the first 14 days, Turquoise Skies Inc. will reserve the rights to cancel the purchase and then relist the item without the buyer’s approval.
We offer LayAway as an option to pay for purchases. If this payment is chosen then the buyer agrees to the following terms:
- This layaway is subject to a no partial pick-up or partial cancellations.
- 25% of the purchase price is required as a downpayment within the first 14days of purchase
- Cancellations will result in a 25% restocking fee of total purchase price
- Mandatory payments are due 30 days and will automatically be charged unless cancelled at-least 48 business hours in advanced .
- Layaways which are delinquent in payments by more than 14-days automatically cancelled, the order will be cancelled, returned to stock, and restocking fee will be applied.
- All layaways must be paid in full before item will be shipped .
- Except where prohibited by law, no price adjustments after 14-days from layaway start date. Multiple price adjustments on the same item not permitted.
- No Interest or fees except restocking fees are applied.
- Buyer is free to pay off balance to receive purchase at anytime.
Turquoise Skies Inc. offers some of the best quality authentic Native American jewelry and art. We believe in our products and feel that you will be happy with your purchase. After working online for many years we understand that it can sometimes be difficult when shopping online. This is why we offer a 14 day 100% satisfaction guarantee or money back. The only thing we ask for is that you let us any problems that you have with your purchase 14 days of receiving your order! Receiving the order is determined by postal tracking and delivery date. After contacting us we will give you a return address to mail it back to us. Once the item arrives you will be refunded for the full purchase amount minus shipping fees when applied.
Late returns on items after the 14 day period will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. In other words, if an item is requested to be returned after 14 days the customer is allowed to do so, however will only be refunded 75% of the purchase price.

Shipments are sent promptly after payment has been cleared. The shipments with in the continental United States are free via, USPS First Class Mail. All orders of $300 or more will be given delivery confirmation free of charge in order to further insure your order. For full insurance on any package please email prior to sending the payment for more information. International orders will be mailed through USPS First Class International mail or USPS Priority Mail Tracking numbers for these locations may not be visible after the package leaves the United states, if an item is lost or broken, then we are not responsible.
We do not monitor or review the content of other party’s websites which are linked to from this website.
