This necklace came with a black area surrounding stone. I sent pictures of the necklace I ordered on your website and the one I received but your Customer Service said that’s the way it’s supposed to look! I tried cleaning it with a silver cloth I use on all my silver jewelry and it would not come off. I had planned on ordering more of your stamped pieces but am not going to take that chance.
